Leírás
A Nanoindentáció szolgáltatás keretében a HUN-REN Energiatudományi Kutatóközpont Műszaki Fizikai és Anyagtudományi Intézete nagy pontosságú mechanikai vizsgálatot biztosít mikro- és nanoméretű anyagmintákon. A módszer lehetővé teszi a keménység, rugalmassági modulus és egyéb mechanikai paraméterek meghatározását kis terhelésű benyomásos mérések segítségével. A vizsgálat során egy jól definiált geometriájú mérőcsúcs kontrollált erővel terheli a minta felületét, miközben a benyomódás mélysége folyamatosan rögzítésre kerül. A módszer különösen alkalmas vékonyrétegek, bevonatok és mikrostrukturált anyagok lokális mechanikai jellemzésére. A nanoindentáció támogatja a rétegek közötti mechanikai különbségek feltárását és az anyagfejlesztési döntések megalapozását. A szolgáltatás tipikusan anyagtudományi, mikroelektronikai és MEMS alkalmazásokban kerül felhasználásra.
Description
Within the framework of the Nanoindentation service, the Institute of Technical Physics and Materials Science at the HUN-REN Energy Science Research Center provides high-precision mechanical testing on micro- and nanoscale material samples. The method allows for the determination of hardness, elastic modulus, and other mechanical parameters through low-load indentation measurements. During the test, a measuring tip with a well-defined geometry applies a controlled force to the surface of the sample, while the indentation depth is continuously recorded. The method is particularly suitable for local mechanical characterization of thin films, coatings, and microstructured materials. Nanoindentation supports the exploration of mechanical differences between layers and underpins material development decisions. The service is typically used in materials science, microelectronics, and MEMS applications.
